K700i and isync

I just tried to sync my new k700i
everything works ok but when i check on my phone the meeetings I have they are supposed to be 2 hours EARLIER than on the ical
example: (on ical) meeting from 8:00 to 12 becomes, on my phone, meeting from 6 to 10!!
any idea on how to fix it?
